Description
Cassia Powder(Cinnamon Ground) is perhaps the most popular type of cinnamon, it can be used in baking for a subtle, warming spice that tastes just like Christmas.
Cassia cinnamon can be added to recipes or drinks however, please note that due to the nature of this product it doesn’t dissolve in liquid and may form clumps. If it does, it will not affect the overall flavour.
We would recommend using it for baking recipes or adding it to smoothies where the ingredient is not required to dissolve.
Ways to use Cassia Powder :

- Make your own festive hot chocolate and add ingredients into a blender before heating through
